CCRTIS-Accredited Mobile Fingerprinting Services
On April 28, 2026, Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services confirmed that Point Zero successfully completed its mobile fingerprinting accreditation process. Point Zero is certified to provide mobile fingerprinting at eligible client locations and is authorized to submit electronic fingerprint transactions to CCRTIS through IdentoGO by IDEMIA.

How mobile fingerprinting works

Contact Point Zero. Tell us the purpose of the request, service address, preferred date and number of applicants.

We verify eligibility. Our team reviews the request, location requirements, identification and applicable forms.

Approve the quote. We confirm appointment availability and provide pricing based on location, travel and applicant count.

Certified on-site capture. A trained technician attends the approved location, verifies identification and captures the fingerprints.

Accredited submission. Eligible electronic transactions are submitted through IdentoGO by IDEMIA to the RCMP RTID system.
Processing and results
Mobile fingerprinting covers the identity verification, fingerprint capture and applicable submission step. The RCMP or other receiving organization controls the assessment, production and delivery of results; Point Zero cannot guarantee an agency decision or final processing time.
Certified for on-site civil fingerprinting
Point Zero’s mobile authorization applies to civil fingerprints taken for non-criminal purposes at eligible client locations. The mobile devices used for this service must undergo the required certification process, and Point Zero must continue complying with the CCRTIS Accreditation Agreement.
